Subprocessors

• Application hosting, database and file storage for the workspace, including backups. United States and European Union.
• Content delivery and DNS for the website and app. Global edge network.

• Stripe — subscription billing, invoices and payment fraud prevention for Oddyssey's own charges. United States and Ireland.
• Your own payment gateway, where you connect one for your checkout, is not our subprocessor. You contract with it directly and it processes your buyers' payments under its own terms.

• Twilio — SMS and voice sent from the workspace, and WhatsApp Business messaging. United States.
• Transactional and newsletter email delivery for messages you send through Oddyssey, and for our own service notices. United States and European Union.

• Model providers reached through our AI gateway, used to generate briefs, copy, creative and analysis from the context you supply. Training on customer content is contractually disabled. United States.

Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, your store platform, your CRM and any other service you connect are recipients acting on your instruction rather than our subprocessors. Data goes to them because you told us to send it. Each keeps its own terms with you.

We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To be notified, email support@tryoddyssey.com and ask to be added to the subprocessor notice list. Objection rights are in the Data Processing Addendum.

Where a vendor is not named above by brand, it is because the category is fixed but the specific provider may change under the notice process. Ask us and we will give you the current list in writing, including entity names and processing locations, for your vendor review file.
