Acceptable Use Policy

Run real offers to people who agreed to hear from you, say things you can back up, and stay inside the rules of every platform you connect. Everything below is detail on that.

• Illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances and counterfeit products.
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, and content that promotes violence, self-harm or hate against a protected group.
• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting or anything designed to deceive a visitor into an action they did not intend.
• Content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or likeness, including impersonating another brand.

• Health, medical or weight-loss claims you cannot substantiate, and anything implying diagnosis, treatment or cure.
• Income, earnings or return claims presented as typical without evidence and the required disclosures.
• Fake scarcity, fake countdowns that reset, fake sold-out labels and invented original prices.
• Fabricated reviews, testimonials, endorsements, follower counts or customer logos.
• Claims about third parties, certifications or partnerships you do not hold.

• No purchased, rented, scraped or appended contact lists.
• No messaging anyone who has not opted in, and no messaging anyone after they opt out.
• No misleading sender identity, subject line or from-address.

• Do not use Oddyssey to breach the terms of Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, your store platform or your payment provider.
• Do not scrape a platform or circumvent its rate limits, review process or enforcement through us.
• Do not upload personal data you have no lawful basis to hold, and do not upload special category data.
• Do not track people in ways your own privacy notice does not disclose.

• No probing, scanning or load-testing the service without written permission.
• No reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling Oddyssey without an agreement with us.
• No sharing one account across separate businesses to avoid plan limits.
• No automated extraction of the product beyond the documented interfaces.

Some categories carry elevated regulatory or platform risk, including supplements, financial services, credit repair, gambling, adult products, firearms accessories and continuity or subscription offers with aggressive rebill terms. We do not automatically refuse them, but we may ask what you sell and how you substantiate it before enabling messaging, checkout or ad execution.

We may pause a campaign, disable a feature, suspend a workspace or terminate an account for a breach, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you what we found and give you a chance to fix it. Report abuse to support@tryoddyssey.com.
