Advertising Integrations

When you connect Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat or any other ad platform, you grant Oddyssey access to an ad account that stays yours. We act only on your instruction. We are not an agency of record, not a reseller of media, and we do not buy media on our own behalf.

Each platform's advertising policies, community standards, prohibited content rules, data use terms and business terms continue to bind you exactly as if you were working in their interface. Running something through Oddyssey does not launder it past their review. Disapprovals, restrictions, ad account bans and business manager suspensions are decisions the platform makes about your account.

• Every campaign launched from Oddyssey runs against a budget ceiling you set.
• Campaigns are created paused by default and go live only after an approval from an account that holds spend authority.
• Agents cannot raise a ceiling on their own.
• You are liable to the platform for all spend on your account, including spend triggered from Oddyssey. Set ceilings you can afford.

Where you configure it, we send conversion events, customer lists for matching and audience signals to the platforms you connect. You must have a lawful basis and the disclosures required for that, including any consent required under the GDPR or ePrivacy rules, and you must respect each platform's own customer data terms. Hashing an email does not remove the need for consent.

Platform-reported results and our readouts will disagree. Platforms attribute on their own windows and models; we tie results to the variable you declared and to margin. Neither number is a guaranteed measure of incremental truth, and we do not present either as one.

Ad platform APIs change without notice, deprecate endpoints and apply rate limits. A feature that works today can be restricted by a platform tomorrow. We adapt as fast as we can, but we cannot guarantee continued support for any specific platform capability.

Disconnect the platform in Oddyssey, or revoke the app from the platform's own settings, and our access stops immediately. Campaigns already live keep running on the platform until you pause them there; disconnecting Oddyssey does not turn off your spend.
