Refund Policy

This is about money you pay us for an Oddyssey subscription. Refunds to your own buyers are yours to issue in your own gateway; see the Payments and Checkout Policy.

Cancel any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew after that. We do not prorate a refund for the unused part of a period you chose to cancel in.

• Within 14 days of a first paid subscription, if you ask and you have not run significant volume through the workspace.
• Duplicate charges and charges after a confirmed cancellation, refunded in full.
• An annual plan cancelled within 14 days of the charge, refunded in full.
• A material failure of the service that we could not fix in reasonable time, refunded pro rata for the affected period.
• Where consumer law where you live gives you a stronger right, that right applies.

• Periods already used, on a plan cancelled mid-term.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Money you spent on ad platforms, messaging carriers or other third parties. That is spend on your own accounts and we never held it.
• Dissatisfaction with campaign results. We sell the workspace, not a marketing outcome.

Email support@tryoddyssey.com from the address on the account, with the invoice number and what happened. We answer within three business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Talk to us before filing a chargeback. We would rather refund a fair case than dispute one. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
